Job summary

Radius is seeking an Account Manager for our Crewe office. You will manage and develop robust relationships with some of our largest customers and act as the main company representative for 800+ clients.

You will guide customers on fuel needs, EV adoption, charging solutions, and energy efficiency while promoting a consultative, end-to-end solution approach. Join a fast-growing, agile team committed to customer success, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales or account management.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Proven ability in strategic thinking and planning.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Developing and driving the account management strategic plan demonstrating customer growth and profitability.
• Being the company’s key representative for 800+ customers.
• Provide expert guidance to customers on Fuel needs and EV adoption, charging solutions, fuel types, and energy efficiency options.
• Promote a consultative, solution-led approach by positioning the business as a complete solution rather than a single-service provider.
• Recognising and developing customer loyalty by introducing the product suite Radius has to offer.
• Identifying and adapting communication and engagement methods to fit the needs of your customers.
• Working as part of a wider team to support the company’s strategic plans and objectives.
