Radius is seeking an Account Manager – Mid Market to join our Crewe office. You will manage the in-life relationship with a defined customer base, focusing on retention, upsell, and delivering exceptional service.

You will report to the Mid Market Sales Manager and work in a vibrant office environment. The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, driving cross-sell within the base, and maintaining profitability while aligning with commercial guidelines.

Qualifications

• Telecoms experience with customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong focus on customer retention and upsell within existing accounts.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities
