Job summary

Radius Limited is seeking an Account Manager – Mid Market to own in-life management and retention for a defined customer base in Crewe. The role reports to the Mid Market Sales Manager and is based in a vibrant Crewe office.

You will develop relationships with key clients, identify upsell opportunities, and work with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining profitability and reducing churn.

Qualifications

• A-Level or equivalent qualification.
• Customer-focused with an appetite for retention and upsell.

Responsibilities

• In-life management of a customer base and build personal relationships with key clients.
• Identify new opportunities within the base and strengthen/churn prevention to keep churn <5%.
• Increase cross-selling/product penetration within the account base.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience by meeting and exceeding customer needs.
• Manage profitability in line with commercial guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
