Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an Account Manager to join the Custodial & Blue Light Team in the UK. The role focuses on managing existing relationships and frameworks with prisons, police, and emergency services customers, while identifying growth opportunities.

You will sell our product portfolio, deliver outstanding service, run structured account reviews, and collaborate with design and bid teams to prepare bids and quotations that meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive fire alarm knowledge and industry experience.
• Experience working with Custodial, Blue Light and/or Police customers.
• Proven track record of developing and managing key customer relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing framework agreements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a national customer base.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Sell our product portfolio and use technology innovation to enhance relationships and grow revenue on a national basis.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to nominated accounts through structured account review processes.
• Work with design and bid teams to deliver bids and quotations that meet customer requirements.
