Job summary

Johnson Controls in the United Kingdom seeks an Account Manager to grow and protect revenue in Custodial & Blue Light sectors. You will manage relationships with prisons, police, and emergency services, driving new opportunities while meeting KPIs.

The role requires extensive fire alarm knowledge, customer relationship expertise, and the ability to work across frameworks. A FIA Advanced qualification and Salesforce experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and manage key customer relationships.
• Experience with Custodial, Blue Light and Police customers.
• Strong commercial awareness and managing framework agreements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Strong IT skills including MS Office.
