Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Data Centre Strategic Account Manager for the UK to develop and grow relationships with consultants, hyperscalers, and data centre operators. You will lead account plans, influence specifications, and drive opportunities across the region, leveraging JCI’s broad portfolio of building technologies.

You will work with regional teams to maximize pipeline, order intake, and customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in technical or solutions-based sales within a B2B environment with a track record of achieving targets.
• Consultative selling approach with the ability to influence customer decisions and build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
• Create and execute account plans to grow market share and pipeline.
• Conduct customer presentations and position yourself as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and regional teams to support project pursuits and delivery.
• Utilize Salesforce, Altify, and other sales tools to manage pipeline and engagement.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to management.
