Johnson Controls in Manchester seeks a proactive Key Account Manager to grow fire and security solutions within the banking and finance sector. This desk-based role includes field visits to nurture named accounts and expand installation and service revenue through cross‑selling and favorable contract terms.

You will collaborate with Strategic Account Managers on large bids, monitor performance with KPI reporting, and stay informed about industry trends and Johnson Controls' product offerings,

Qualifications

Experience in key account sales and growth of revenue.
Hold a UK driving licence.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to meet targets and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of key accounts in banking/finance; grow installation and service revenue.
Identify growth opportunities and cross-sell across product lines.
Build and maintain relationships through field visits and meetings.
Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers on bids and tenders.
Monitor performance and report KPIs to stakeholders.
