A major UK water service provider seeks a Strategic Account Manager to drive growth by enhancing relationships with large developer customers. You'll be pivotal in resolving issues and crafting strategies for operational success. Ideal candidates will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and a proven track record in account management. Enjoy a hybrid working model and a salary range of £50,000 - £60,000, along with generous benefits including holiday allowance and pension scheme.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving growth by identifying opportunities, creating innovative development solutions, and shaping new services. Your work will help grow our Developer Services business, strengthen commercial success, and deliver great outcomes for Thames Water customers.
You’ll be the key point of contact for our large developer, SLP and NAV customers, building strong relationships, resolving issues, and driving service improvements. By understanding their journeys and challenges, you’ll provide valuable insight to shape growth and strengthen our business.
Base Location: Hybrid – Based in Reading.
Hours 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday
