East of England Co-op is seeking a Team Manager for our Ipswich store. You will lead a small team, deputise for the Branch Manager, and ensure high standards of service while keeping the store safe and compliant. You will engage with customers and the local community and promote membership across our Coop network.

The role offers part-time, permanent hours with a flexible shift pattern including evenings. Experience in people management and a passion for great service are essential to succeed.
