Job summary

East of England Co-op in East Harling is seeking a Team Manager to lead a branch team, coach colleagues and deliver high standards of service to customers and the local community.

You will deputise for the Branch Manager, manage day-to-day store operations, promote membership and build relationships with other stores and Head Office colleagues.
