Job summary

Lush Ltd. is seeking a Supervisor to lead the sales team on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive store atmosphere in Exeter. You will coach colleagues, maintain displays, and collaborate with the store manager and nearby shops to achieve goals.

In this role you’ll balance business needs with team morale, handle conversations gracefully, and support training, onboarding, and health and safety standards across opening hours.

• Welcome customers, ask open questions, and tailor product recommendations.
• Keep shop floor clean, displays aligned with guidelines, and well-stocked.
• Support store manager to hit sales targets through motivation and initiatives.
• Organise in-store events and outreach to enhance customer experience.
• Provide training and onboarding support for new staff.
• Lead the store in manager's absence, ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain health and safety standards and store compliance.
• Pursue personal development through training and leadership connections.
