Job summary

Lush Ltd. is seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead our shop floor team in the UK, delivering standout customer service and coaching staff to excel.

You’ll partner with the store manager and neighbouring stores to drive performance while maintaining a positive, high-energy atmosphere on the shop floor. As a Living Wage employer and part of a largely employee-led culture, you’ll contribute to a culture of care, training, and development, ensuring excellent stock, cleanliness, and safety standards

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team and coaching staff.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage store operations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Engage with customers with a warm welcome and tailored recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing shop floor with well-stocked shelves.
• Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and driving performance.
• Organise and host in-store events to enhance customer experience and growth.
• Provide training and onboarding for new staff.
• Lead the store in the manager's absence.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed across the store.
