Job summary

Lush Cosmetics Exeter is seeking a motivated Supervisor to lead the sales team and deliver outstanding customer service across the shop floor. You will foster a positive atmosphere, coach staff, and help drive sales while maintaining brand standards and compliance.

The role demands strong communication, team leadership, and a passion for exceptional customer experiences. 16–20 hours per week, seasonal part-time with a starting date in line with store needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team with coaching, feedback and encouragement.
• Engage with customers by giving a warm welcome and making tailored product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing shop floor with on-brand displays and seasonal updates.
• Support the store manager to reach sales targets through motivation and proactive initiatives.
• Organise in-store events and customer celebrations to boost engagement and growth.
• Provide training and onboarding for new staff and ongoing development of the team.
• Lead the store in the manager's absence, ensuring smooth daily operations and high standards.
