Lush in Exeter is hiring a Supervisor on a seasonal, part-time basis. You will lead a small team, deliver outstanding customer service, and help create memorable shopping experiences.

The role emphasizes coaching, teamwork, and maintaining store standards, with opportunities for development within a vibrant, values-driven business. Shifts are part-time (16–20 hours per week) in Exeter, with a focus on customer engagement, product knowledge, and supporting the store manager to meet sales targets
