Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will coach Team Members in selling, product knowledge, and styling to connect features with customer needs.

Open availability for shifts and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds are required. You will help manage inventories, visuals, and daily action plans while supporting the leadership team to achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role in retail (fashion preferred).
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a fast-paced team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and brand values.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset and model service for the team.
• As Sales Floor Captain, drive performance via zone management and coaching.
• Ensure daily tasks and procedures meet operational standards and cash accuracy.
• Coach team on selling, product knowledge, and styling to meet customer needs.
• Provide feedback and growth opportunities, encouraging learning agility.
• Help train and onboard new Team Members and reinforce standards and policies.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Support Leadership in achieving store KPIs and drive results with the team.
• Collaborate with leaders to monitor inventory, visuals, and product availability.
• Communicate openly to foster an inclusive, positive culture.
