Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to drive daily results on the sales floor and model exceptional customer experiences. You will lead, coach, and support daily operations to create a high-performing, inclusive store environment.

You will guide team members, manage shifts, and ensure product knowledge and visual standards are upheld. This role requires availability evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced fashion retail setting.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail.
• Passion for SKIMS brand and inclusivity mission.
• Strong leadership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use sales data to improve team performance.
• Must be able to stand and move around the store for the full shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset by delivering warm, personalized service and model these behaviors for the team.
• When assigned as Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management, coaching, and motivation.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and store cleanliness, are executed.
• Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling to connect features to customer needs.
• Deliver feedback and support growth moments by encouraging Learning Agility within the team.
• Help train and onboard new Team Members; reinforce standards, values, and store policies.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Assist leadership in achieving store KPIs by tracking sales, setting goals, and celebrating wins.
• Partner with leaders to monitor inventory levels, visuals, and product availability.
• Communicate openly to inspire and foster an inclusive culture.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy, speed, and ownership.
• Support daily action plans, zone assignments, and shift recaps with Store and Assistant Leaders.
