Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to drive daily results on the sales floor, coaching team members and modeling exceptional customer experiences. You will lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset, manage zone performance, and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed to support store needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role in retail.
• Strong leadership and motivation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset by delivering warm, personalized service on the floor.
• Drive performance through zone management, coaching, and team motivation.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures, cash handling accuracy, and store cleanliness.
• Coach Team Members on selling, product knowledge, and styling to connect features to customer needs.
• Provide feedback and support growth moments by encouraging learning agility.
• Assist training and onboarding of new Team Members and reinforce standards and policies.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Help leadership achieve store KPIs by tracking sales and celebrating wins.
• Collaborate with leaders to monitor inventory, visuals, and product availability.
• Communicate openly to foster an inclusive culture and resolve customer issues promptly.
