You will drive daily results, manage tasks, and support leadership in achieving store KPIs. This role emphasizes customer obsession, teamwork, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role in retail.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use sales data and feedback to improve team performance.
• Capable of standing for long periods and moving around the store, lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-the-floor service with a customer-obsessed mindset and model these behaviors.
• As Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management, coaching, and motivation.
• Oversee open/close procedures, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
• Coach Team Members on selling, product knowledge, and styling for customers.
• Provide feedback and grow team members through learning opportunities.
• Facilitate training and onboarding of new Team Members and reinforce standards and policies.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Partner with leaders to monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability.
• Communicate openly to build an inclusive culture and drive store KPIs.
