Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to manage store operations and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee day-to-day tasks, coordinate with colleagues across departments, and ensure excellent customer service at all times.

With a leadership mindset, you will motivate staff, manage shifts, and support the Manager in their absence. The role offers flexible hours and a focus on delivering great service every day.

• Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with a passion for delivering great service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver a great in-store experience for customers.
• Work across all store areas and act as the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
• Build positive, inclusive relationships to help colleagues perform at their best.
• Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
• Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt to change.
• Coach colleagues, give feedback and model excellent service.
