Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to lead store colleagues and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and act as the on-floor leader when the Store Manager is unavailable.

Responsibilities

Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.
Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.
Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role modelling great service.
