Tesco UK is hiring a Shift Lead to drive in-store customer experience and day-to-day operations. You will lead the team across store areas, coaching colleagues and modelling excellent service, ensuring the store runs smoothly in the Manager’s absence.

• Experience in a team lead or management role in a fast-paced retail environment.
