Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to drive excellent in-store service and to lead teams across store operations in the UK. The role emphasizes delivering a great customer experience, coaching staff, and maintaining flexible leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will be the go-to person for day-to-day operations, act in the Manager's absence, and champion inclusive relationships to help the team perform at their best while adapting to change.
