Job summary

B&Q Guernsey is seeking a Shift Lead to help create a safe, friendly shopping environment. This full-time role involves supervising the shift, coordinating colleagues, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly so every customer counts.

You will be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, promote safety and compliance, and bring energy to the team to deliver excellent service from opening to close.
