Job summary

B&Q Holywood Exchange is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee shifts, ensure smooth store operations and deliver a great experience for customers and colleagues. This role is a keyholder position with early starts at 6am and late finishes at 10pm, within a permanent contract and flexible part/full-time hours.

You will contribute to a safe, welcoming shopping environment and lead teams to deploy staff effectively while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Be the heartbeat of the store day-to-day and ensure operations are running smoothly.
• Make sure colleagues are deployed correctly to ‘make every customer count’ throughout your shift.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
• Make sure our stores are safe at all times.
