Job summary

B&Q Tweedbank is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee a shift, ensure a safe working and shopping environment, and deliver a great experience for colleagues and customers daily. You will be the heartbeat of the store, coordinating teams to keep operations running smoothly.

This permanent role offers 36.75 hours per week with a competitive salary (£27,709.50 per annum) plus pension and 6.6 weeks holiday. The shift window runs from 6am to 10pm, a keyholder position supporting customers and staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the heartbeat of the store day-to-day and ensure operations are running smoothly.
• Make sure colleagues are deployed correctly to ‘make every customer count’ throughout your shift.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
• Make sure our stores are safe at all times.
