B&Q Limited in Newry is looking for a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. You will lead shifts, deploy colleagues to maximize customer service, and act as the first point of contact on duty to maintain standards and store safety.

• Be the heartbeat of the store day-to-day and ensure operations are running smoothly.
• Make sure colleagues are deployed correctly to ‘make every customer count’ throughout your shift.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
• Make sure our stores are safe at all times.
