Tesco is recruiting for a Shift Lead to support store operations in the UK. You will lead the team to deliver a great in-store experience, work across all areas, and act as the go-to person for daily queries. The role requires strong communication and the ability to motivate a diverse team, especially in fast-paced retail settings.

You’ll participate in coaching, balancing decisions, and fostering inclusive relationships, while aiming to serve customers and the community responsibly.

Qualifications

• To be over 18 for this role.
• Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
• Build positive, long lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
• A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
• A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
