Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to lead our in-store team and ensure a high-quality customer experience across departments. You will be the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries, coaching colleagues, and maintaining a positive, inclusive team environment.

In this role you’ll help deliver great service, manage shifts, and step in for the Manager when needed. We value flexibility, teamwork, and a proactive approach to improving store operations.

Qualifications

• Over 18 years old.
• Experience in team lead or management in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong service orientation and ability to meet customer needs.
• Clear communicator who keeps the team informed.
• Natural leader who motivates the team to deliver outstanding results.

• Work across store areas and support colleagues with day-to-day queries.
