Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead in the United Kingdom to guide store teams and ensure a great customer experience across daily operations. You will lead across departments, handle day-to-day queries, and foster inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.

In this role you will confidently step in when the Manager is absent, make balanced decisions, coach colleagues, and stay curious to serve customers and communities.

• Able to work across shifts and weekends.
