Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Shift Lead to put customers at the center, lead daily operations in-store and support a diverse team. You'll coordinate tasks, ensure great service, and act as the store's point of contact in the Manager’s absence.

The role is paid hourly, starts at £15.59 per hour and rises to £16.86 in certain locations within the M25, with a guaranteed minimum weekly hours and ongoing opportunities to grow with Tesco.

Qualifications

• Over 18 years old.
• Experience in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Clear communicator with a passion for delivering great service and meeting customer needs.
• Build positive, long-lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
