Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Shift Lead to help deliver a great in-store experience. You’ll lead a team, cover varied duties, and act as the go-to person for day-to-day operations.

The role offers flexible hours with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week, and pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25.

You’ll work across store areas, coach colleagues, and uphold Tesco’s commitment to customers, communities and the planet, while adapting to change.
