Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations, guide a team, and ensure an excellent customer experience. You will lead in-store activities and collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve issues and drive service quality.

The role offers a starting rate of £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and options from 12 hours. Flexibility and inclusion are emphasised in the application process.
