Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead in-store execution, freight scheduling, and Feed to Floor processes. You will coach team members, support the Store Manager, and ensure safe, compliant operations in a fast-paced retail store.

The role also requires oversight of inventory controls, recovery routines, and security standards, with responsibility for equipment like forklifts and balers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership and store operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling.
• Oversee Feed to Floor and weekly recovery processes.
• Manage Inventory Control Specialist and ensure receiving standards.
• Maintain backroom, dock, and floor standards; supervise safety and compliance.
