Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Illinois residents must hold a FOID card.
• 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Positive attitude and collaboration with team.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and staff.
• Provide outstanding customer service and coaching.
• Oversee hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Train team members and ensure adherence to standards.
• Oversee safety and loss prevention programs.
• Monitor labor budgets and staffing levels.
