Sainsbury's is seeking a Customer & Trading Manager to lead daily store operations in Hamilton. You’ll collaborate with a small management team to ensure the store runs smoothly, with accountability for the full shop when needed.

You’ll coach colleagues to deliver outstanding service, manage performance, and drive KPIs across sales, availability and customer satisfaction, while maintaining safety and compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• Track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Operational leadership—taking responsibility for store operations in absence of senior managers.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs (sales, availability, customer satisfaction, colleague engagement).
• Experience handling employee relations issues, including performance and absence management.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with a small team of managers to ensure the store runs smoothly.
• Take responsibility for day-to-day running of the store, often the only manager present.
• Collaborate with a team to serve customers efficiently and safely.
• Manage performance and scheduling, including disciplinaries and pay accuracy.
• Occasionally support other stores within the network.
