Qualifications

• Operational leadership in store absence of more senior managers.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding KPIs (sales, availability, customer satisfaction).
• Experience managing employee relations issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations with accountability for full shop.
• Lead a small team of managers and ensure efficient customer service.
• Mentor and coach colleagues; handle disciplinaries and scheduling.
• Occasionally support other store locations.
