Qualifications

Delivers brilliant customer service and coaches colleagues to do the same.
Able to manage disciplinaries and performance issues.
Leads store operations and can operate independently when required.
Proven track record of meeting KPIs and driving performance.

Responsibilities

Run the store day-to-day in coordination with a small management team.
Be the accountable manager in the store, ensuring smooth operations.
Lead a team to serve customers efficiently and safely.
Manage performance, scheduling, and wage/pay accuracy.
Occasionally support other nearby stores as needed.
