Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Beverley is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager – Convenience to lead a local store and a small management team. You will drive daily operations, ensure product availability, safety standards and a high level of customer service.

You will coach colleagues, manage performance and scheduling, and take responsibility for disciplinaries when required.Occasionally you may assist other nearby stores.

Qualifications

• Recent line management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven customer service excellence and team coaching ability.
• Track record of meeting KPIs and performance targets.
• Experience handling employee relations and disciplinaries.

Responsibilities

• Run the store with a small management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee day-to-day store performance, including safety and availability.
• Lead and coach colleagues, manage performance and scheduling.
• Support occasional coverage at nearby stores when needed.
