Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Stratford-upon-Avon is recruiting a Customer and Trading Manager - Convenience to lead store operations, champion great service, and coach a small team. You’ll own day-to-day running of the store alongside fellow managers, ensure product availability, safety standards and efficient customer service, and support nearby stores when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Proven ability to deliver strong customer service and coach teams to do the same.
• Experience in meeting KPIs and managing employee relations issues.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a small team of managers to ensure the store runs like clockwork daily.
• Take responsibility for day-to-day running of the store and act as the sole manager in charge when required.
• Lead a team to serve customers efficiently and safely while meeting operational standards.
• Manage performance and capability, conduct disciplinaries, and ensure scheduling and pay accuracy.
• Support nearby convenience stores when required to maintain consistency across locations.
