Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven line management in a fast-paced, retail environment.

• Delivers KPIs or other performance targets.
• Experience in handling disciplinaries and employee relations issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store runs like clockwork every day.
• Be the sole on-site manager with full accountability at times.
• Work with the team to serve customers efficiently and safely.
• Lead performance and capability, conduct disciplinaries, and manage scheduling and pay.
• Occasionally support nearby stores when needed.
