Job summary

Sainsbury's in Witney is seeking an experienced Customer & Trading Manager to lead daily store operations and drive service excellence. You will work with a small team of managers to ensure the store runs smoothly, while taking sole accountability in certain shifts.

Qualifications

• Track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Operational leadership in the absence of more senior managers.
• Proven delivery of KPIs across sales, availability, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience managing employee relations including performance and absence.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a small team of managers to ensure the store runs like clockwork daily.
• Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, often the only manager on shift.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure customers are served efficiently and safely.
