Sainsbury's Store in Salisbury is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for a small supermarket. You’ll work with a small team of managers to keep the store running like clockwork every day, taking responsibility for day-to-day operations and acting as the on-site manager when needed.

You’ll lead performance and scheduling, coach colleagues to deliver brilliant customer service, and support nearby stores when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in line management in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and coach a team to do the same.
• Track record of meeting KPIs related to sales, availability, and customer satisfaction.
