Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for our Witney store. You will oversee daily operations, lead a small team of managers, and ensure high standards of service and safety while maintaining KPI targets.

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day store leadership, scheduling, and performance coaching, with occasional second-store support across the network. Salary reflects experience and store complexity.

Qualifications

• Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Delivers brilliant customer service and coaches a team to do the same.
• Experience of leading store operations and achieving KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a small team of managers to ensure the store runs like clockwork daily.
• Take responsibility for day-to-day running of the store, often as the on-site manager.
• Lead a team to serve customers efficiently and safely and manage scheduling and pay.
• Manage performance, capability, disciplinaries and employee relations where needed.
• Be prepared to support other stores within the network as required.
