Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Store Manager in Thornton-Cleveleys to lead a team of 5-15 colleagues, deliver exceptional service and drive commercial results. You will empower staff, coach performance, ensure brand standards, and maintain operational excellence while supporting regional travel for meetings and events.

You will foster an inclusive culture, use data to optimise store performance, and champion customer-first service in a fast-paced retail environment.
