Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Store Manager to lead a 5-15 person team in our high-street store, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards. You’ll cultivate talent, empower colleagues and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Induction includes 2 x 2-day sessions (30 hours) covering product knowledge and systems; ongoing coaching supports growth beyond induction as you steer store performance and customer satisfaction.

• Experience leading and developing successful teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with budgets and P&L responsibilities.
• Proven track record of driving sales performance and business objectives.
• Customer-first mindset with excellent coaching and communication.
