Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is looking for a Store Manager to lead a team of 5-15 colleagues in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales and managing store performance. You will foster a positive, inclusive environment and coach your team through regular feedback and development.

You will oversee budgets, P&L, and ensure brand standards are upheld while supporting regional meetings and store visits as required.
