Qualifications

• 2 years of progressive retail management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of store management in service/retail.
• Extensive experience in connecting to consumers for a brand retailer.
• Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning and sales.
• People management with conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong communicator who fosters belonging.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store leadership to hit sales and wage budgets and KPIs.
• Drive customer service standards and store profitability.
• Lead visual merchandising and floor standards across the store.
• Collaborate with buying for stock levels and assortment.
• Analyse store reports and implement action plans.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and team development.
• Run weekly management meetings and regional discussions.
• Set achievable goals focused on service quality and business results.
