• Support the management team in personnel, product and merchandising functions and store processes.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and staff briefings to share updates and promotions.
• Clearly communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed targets by motivating the team and delivering a standout store journey.
• Maintain a positive store experience by treating customers and colleagues with fairness.
