Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Calvin Klein Stratford store. You will lead store teams, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and uphold our brand standards in a premium environment.

You’ll bring experience in luxury retail, strong people management and a passion for inspiring teams on the shop floor. The role focuses on driving sales, service excellence and operational execution at PVH’s Stratford location.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium or luxury brand retail.
• Previous people management experience.
• Effective communicator with the ability to cultivate belonging.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to deliver exceptional sales and customer experience while ensuring the store looks visually distinctive and well-maintained.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through collaboration with other teams.
• Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room.
• Work with the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication between VM and store teams.
• Partner with Store Manager to build on business opportunities and achieve company standards and objectives.
• Communicate sales goals and strategic priorities to staff and develop action plans to improve results.
