Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient shop floor operation delivering high levels of customer service, sales and profit.
• Support management in personnel, product, merchandising and store processes.
• Participate in staff meetings and communicate promotions to staff.
• Drive store sales and achieve targets by motivating the team and delivering an exceptional store journey.
• Maintain consistent coaching and training on product knowledge and store standards.
• Oversee opening/closing routines and manager-on-duty responsibilities.
• Build a strong talent pool for key roles and succession planning.
